I live in Merritt Island, FL and the property I was trying to sell was in Huntsville, Alabama. I listed the property with one agent who convinced me to rent it. After the year lease term, the agent wanted to help the couple rent to own and I wasn't interested. I had to insist that we list to sell. The agent listed the property for $20,000 over market and suprise! We didn't get an offer. That's all she wanted was a listing, not a sale.
